AIMS
India lives in Villages. Indian
Economy Coin consists of two faces ; 1. Rural economy and 2. Industry and Trade. Cooperative economic system is an
inclusive growth strategy, is the best suited for the Rural economy and
the Capitalistic system is suited for the Industry & Trade for the
sustainable development of our Indian economy. The scarce
resources of the Small & marginal farmers, the rural Artisans and
the Landless labourers are best protected and the wealth is formed in
them through the implementation of the Cooperative sector and creates the
DEMAND for the products, thereby Industry and Trade business is
flourished.
Sahakara
Samkshema Samithi is aimed to propagate the
Cooperative ideology, the Cooperative concept and its working, in the masses,
the bureaucrats, the Policy makers and Public representatives. It
aimed to under take Education & Training and the Research.
VISION
Cooperative
sector is not an internal part of the Capitalistic/Investor's economic
system. It is the protective measure from
the exploitative nature of Private Sector. It makes all the user
members economically self-reliant. But in the Private sector the fittest
only survives.
The
Cooperative system is the embodiment of the Directive Principles of our
Constitution; Article 39(c); the State shall, in particular, direct its policy
towards securing that the operation of the economic system does not result in
the concentration of wealth and means of production to the common detriment.
Further Article 43 directs the Governments to implement the Cooperative policy
in rural.
MISSION
- To propagate the Cooperative
ideology.
- To strive for the protection of the
Cooperative concept, the cooperative movement and the Cooperative
institutions.
- To undertake Cooperative Member
Education and Training Programmes and Research on Cooperation.
- To organise Seminars, Symposiums, Workshops and Round Table Meets with the Cooperators, the bureaucrats, the economists, and the Public representatives.
- To provide consultative services and
work with associations/collaboration with the Cooperative institutions, the Govt.
Departments and like minded organisations or persons in Nationally or
Globally.
INITIATIVES
To fulfill the above Mission, we are
motivating in three ways;
1. Sahakara
Samkshema Samithi(Cooperatives Welfare Council): It
is an Non-Governmental Organistion for the Cooperative education & Training
and Research, It is organising the Seminars, Symposiums , Workshops and
Round Table meets with the Cooperator, the economists, and the Public
representatives on issues facing the Cooperative movement and rural
economy. Integrated
2. Sahakara
Samrakshana Samithi (Cooperative Movement Protection
Council): It is an association of Primary Cooperative members, the Cooperators
and Cooperatives. It is a FORUM for
them, is striving for the protection of the Cooperative movement and
Cooperative institutions.
3. Sahakara
Prabodhini; It is an Integrated Rural
Development, monthly Magazine, through which, the Cooperative ideology and
Cooperative concept is being propagating since March, 1995. The Commissioner
for Cooperatives and the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P. is kind
enough in patronizing the Magazine by advising all the Cooperatives to
subscribe.
SELF FINANCE:
- Our Passionate for the development of
the Cooperatives, the commitment, the finance from our personnel, the
Advertisement proceedings from "Sahakara
Prabodhini" and the donations from the Employees Associations
of APCOB, TS COB, DCCBs, APSCUnion, the Coop. Dept. officials.
- NABARD assisted through its Vikasa
Vihini programme; Rythu Clubs.
- AP Govt. assisted for publication of
Sahakara Sahityalu.
- APCOB, TS COB, AP SCUnion, AP
&TS Dairy Fedns., DCCBs, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, APCO, MARKFED, DCMS, Dist. Milk
Unions, PACS and different types of Primary Coops, and Grama Panchayats
assisted through Advertisements and donations.
- NAFSCOB funded and assisted the
research Study on "Role of Rural Cooperative Credit Institutions for
Development of Scheduled Tribe Members in Tribal Area".
